Within 4 hours - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (excepting Holidays) - a technician will contact you with an estimate on when the issue will be resolved. While many issues can be resolved quickly, given the complexity of technology systems, we cannot guarantee RESOLUTION on issues will occur within 4hours.
